Erika is a Spanish-speaking Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She graduated with a
Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from California State University, Northridge where
she completed an internship exploring community nutrition, foodservice, and clinical
dietetics. Erika has worked in a variety of settings including long-term care, hospitals,
and restaurants.
With over 10 years of experience in foodservice and a culinary degree, she approaches
nutrition from a holistic perspective by providing practical recommendations on
preparing balanced meals and adopting healthy habits.
Outside of work, Erika spends her time with friends and family, exploring nature, trying
new recipes, and reading books.
