Jessica, MS, RDN
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Diabetes, Heart Health, Oncology, Neurodivergent adults (autism, ADHD, etc.), ARFID
Jessica is passionate about helping others improve day-to-day quality of life through balanced nutrition and lifestyle changes. She takes a whole-person, client-centered approach and believes that small, sustainable changes make all the difference. She has experienced the power of nutrition first-hand through her own health journey with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), which motivated her to pursue a career in dietetics.
Jessica received her Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England, through which she also completed her dietetic internships. These included clinical rotations focused on metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart health, and oncology; community rotations working with neurodivergent adults (intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, etc); and more.
She completed the EDS Society’s ECHO Healthcare Student Program to remain up-to-date on the latest EDS research, and focused much of her studies on Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Her goal is to bring a neuroaffirming approach to nutrition and help others find joy in healthy eating.
When she isn’t working, Jessica can be found prioritizing self-care and spending time with her family outdoors. When she has the time, she loves hiking, camping, stand-up-paddle board, Pilates, gardening, and cooking at home.
